Ingredients
Beef loaf-1kg
ginger and garlic paste -11/2tbsp
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-3 tbsp
salt
chilli flakes
curry leaves
green chilli
corn flour-4 tbsp
pepper powder-1tsp
soya sauce-2 tsp
vinegar-1 to 2 tsp
coconut oil
water
Preparation
Take a large piece of beef, add salt and pepper powder, marinate it well, then transfer it to a cooker, add water, then cook it for 7-8 whistle, then let it cool.Take a bowl, add turmeric,ginger garlic,chilly powder, kashmiri chilly powder, fennel powder, garam masala, chilly flakes, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, corn flour, curry leaves and green chilly, mix all well, add chopped beef pieces, marinate well. Heat oil in a pan, add beef pieces, fry it well.
