Jackfruit seeds-20-25
jaggerry
milk-1/2 ltr
vermicelli-1/2 cup
water
cardamom
ghee
cashews and kismis
Preparation
Take jackfruit seeds, clean well, then cook it. Make jackfruit paste and keep aside. Boil milk in a pan, add vermicelli into it, after that add jackfruit seed paste, mix all well, once it cooked enough add melted jaggerry, boil it again, add cardamom, mix it until it become thick, finally add roasted cashew and kismis, then turn off flame.
