Chilli powder-1 tsp

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin, pop it well, then add dry red chilly, after mixing well add onion, saute it well, then add ginger and garlic, saute it again, then add potato , after sauting 2 more minutes add tomato, mix well and close the lid, and cook it for 10 minutes, then add palak, mix it well and cook until it become soft.
