Ingredients
ghee-1 tsp+2 tsp
banana-3
cashew and kismis
coconut-1/2 cup
jaggerry -1 tbsp
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add banana pieces, saute it until it become cooked enough, then keep aside. Heat ghee in another pan, add cashews and kismis, roast it well, then add grated coconut, mix it well, next add banana, combine all together, add jaggerry powder and cardamom, mix it again and turn off flame.
