Greenpeas Curry

Ingredients

carrot-2

frozen greenpeas-1/4 cup

green chilly-3

onion-1

potato-3

coconut-4 tbsp

garam masala-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-3/4 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

fennel-1/4 tsp

coconut

mustard-1/2 tsp

ginger

garlic-5

curry leaves

salt

water

Preparation

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard, after popping it add ginger and garlic, saute it for a minute, next add onion and green chilly, add salt and saute until it become soft, next add masalas, mix it well, then add chopped vegetables and greenpeas, add water, then cover the cooker, cook it for 2-3 whistle. Once the pressure is gone open the lid, boil it again, grind coconut with turmeric and fennel, then add it to the curry, boil for 2 minutes, finally add some curry leaves, then turn off flame.
