Tapioca Vada

Ingredients

tapioca-1/2 kg

water

salt

rice flour-3 tbsp

onion-2

green chilly-4

ginger

curry leaves

coriander leaves

salt

water -small quantity

oil for frying

Preparation

Cook tapioca with salt and water in a pressure cooker, then remove water and mash it well in a bowl, add salt, chopped vegetables, rice flour and some water, knead it well and make a soft dough, make vadas out of this dough and fry in hot oil.
