Ingredients
fish -1/2 kg
red chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
turmeric-1 tsp
chilly flakes-2 tsp
kashmiri chilly-2 tsp
pepper powder-2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
oil-1/4 cup
salt
water-1/4 cup
shallots chopped
green chilly
curry leaves
Preparation
Take fish in a bowl, add masalas, salt, lemon juice, oil and water, marinate it well and keep aside for sometime. Heat oil for frying, add fish fry both sides well, then turn off flame and transfer it to a plate, in the same pan add chopped shallots and green chilly, fry well and add above the fish.
