Ingredients
corn starch-1 cup
water-2 1/2 cup
orange foor color-2 drops
sugar-1 1/2 cup
water-1 cup
cardamom-1/2 tsp
lemon juice-1 tsp
ghee
chopped nuts
Preparation
Mix corn starch and water and remove lumps, add food color, mix well and keep aside. Add sugar and water to a pan, and heat it well, add cardamom powder, let it boil, now add corn flour mix into it, stir it well, once it become thick add ghee, continue stirring, add more ghee until it become non sticky and thick, then add chopped nuts, mix well, then transfer the mix to a container, level it with a spoon, and allow it to cool, then cut it and serve it.
