Ingredients
Coconut oil -1/4 cup
mustard-1 tsp
ginger-1 tsp
green chilly
curry leaves
orange pieces-2 cup
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
tamarind juice-1/4 cup
jaggerry-1/2 cup
hing-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, let it crack, next add ginger green chilly and curry leaves, fry it well, then add orange pieces, combine all well, then add chilly powder , turmeric and salt, mix it again, next add tamarind juice and jaggerry, boil it well and cook until it become thick consistency, finally add hing powder, after mixing well turn off flame.
