Sharjah Shake Recipe

Ingredients

Frozen milk half litre

Njali Poovan / Kadali Pazham – 1 Big ( 11/2 if the banana is small)

Boost or Horlicks – 21/2 Tbsp

Peanut or Cashew nut – 2 Tbsp crushed

Sugar- 3-6 Tbsp (As needed)

Preparation

In a mixie jar, add banana, sugar, peanut and boost, then grind it into fine paste, next add frozen milk, then blend it again, serve it with chill.
