Ingredients
Rice flour- 2cup
Grated coconut -1/2 of 1
Sugar- 1/2to 3/4cup
Salt -one pinch
Instant yeast- 1/2tsp
Cardamom 3
Water
Boiled rice -2tsp
Preparation
Add rice flour to a bowl, add water in batches, mix well. Add coconut to a mixie jar, add rice flour mix and cooked rice, then grind it into fine paste, add sugar, cardamom and yeast into it, blend it again, then pour it to a vessel, keep aside for 6 hrs. After the batter is fermented well add salt, mix well, pour 2-3 laddle of batter to a greased plate, then steam it well.
