Ifthar special recipe

Ingredients

•Boneless chicken – 200 grams

•Crushed chilli – 1 tablespoon

•Salt to taste

•Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon

•Chopped carrot – half cup

•Chopped onion – half cup

•mozzarella cheese – half cup

•Maida / all purpose flour – 2 cups

•Salt to taste

•Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon

•Water

•Oil for frying

Preparation

Cook chicken with chilly flakes,pepper powder, salt and water , then keep aside.For dough, add maida, salt and oil in a bowl, add water little by little, knead it well and make a soft dough.Take a bowl, add crushed chicken, onion, carrot and cheese, mix all well, then keep aside. Take small portion from maida, flat it well, then cut it into triangular shape, add filling, fold it from one side, cut another side, then seal it from one side to another, after whole dough set like this , fry it in hot oil.
