Special Egg Curry

coconut-4 tbsp

cashew-10

green chilly

coriander powder-1/2 tsp

fennel powder-3/4 tsp

pepper powder-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add spices, thrn add ginger garlic crushed, after sauting it well add onion and green chilly, mix it well, add salt and turmeric, mix well, then close the lid and cook it for 1 whistle.Once the pressure is gone open the lid and add masala powders , boil it for 2 minutes. grind coconut with green chilly and cashew nut , then add it to the curry, add more water and allow it to boil, now break eggs and add direct to the curry, dont mix it for 2-3 minutes, once the egg is cooked well add some curry leaves and turn off flame, finally season it with mustard, curry leaves and dry red chilly.
