Ingredients
Maida:2 cups
Potato : 2 nos
Onion: 2 nos
Cabbage:1 cup
Tomato: 1 small
Green chili:3 nos
Carrot: small piece
Beef:200 grms
Egg :1
Bread crumbs
Oil
Salt
Pepper powder :1 tspn
Preparation
For filling,heat oil in a pan, add onion, chilly, vegetables, salt and pepper powder, saute it for 30 seconds, next add crushed beef and mashed potato, mix well and saute it well, now add tomato and turn off flame. For dough, add maida to a bowl, add salt and water and knead it to make a soft dough, then divide into small balls, then flatten it, after that, cut it into small round shape poori, add filling into it, then fold it like a chicken leg, put a potato stick as leg bone , make whole poori into chicken leg shape,dip all legs in egg mix, and coat bread crumbs, then fry it in hot oil.
