Ingredients

turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander leaves
boiled egg-3
maida-2 cup
salt
oil-1 tbsp
water
egg-2
corn flakes
oil for frying
Preparation
For filling, heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilly , ginger garlic and curry leaves, then saute it for become soft, then add masalas and salt, mix well, next add boiled egg pieces and coriander leaves, combine well and turn off flame.
For dough, add maida, salt and oil in a bowl, mix well, then add water, knead it to make soft dough, then divide the dough to equal medium sized balls, flatten it into medium thin chapathi, then cut it with a round shaped pot and make small pathiris, add the filling above one, and cover it with another pathiri, use a fork to fold sides, then dip it in egg mix, coat corn flakes, finally fry it in hot oil.
