Ingredients
oil-1 tbsp
onion-2
green chilly-2
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
chicken masala-1 tbsp
salt
pepper powder-1 tsp
boneless chicken cooked and crushed-300 gm
coriander leaves
bread slices
maida
water
salt
bread crumbs
Preparation
oil for frying
For filling, heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilly chopped, then saute it well, next add chicken masala,pepper powder, mix it with onion, add salt and chicken, combine all well, finally add coriander leaves and turn off flame.
Take bread slices, remove sides, then add the filling above 1 bread, cover it with other one, use maida paste to seal the sides, fill all bread like this. Mix maida , salt and water in a bowl, make a loose batter, prepared bread boxes dip in this maida mix, after that coat it with bread crumbs, finally fry the boxes in hot oil.
