Ingredients
Egg boiled-5
onion-3
tomato-1
green chilly-2-3
curry leaves
coriander leaves
ginger garlic chopped-2 tbsp
coconut oil-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
salt
sugar-1 pinch
thick coconut milk-1/2 cup
second coconut milk-1 cup
cardamom-1
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add cardamom and onion, saute it until it become soft, next add ginger garlic, chilly and salt, saute it for 3 minutes, then close the lid and cook it well, next add tomato, once it become soft, now add masalas, curry leaves and coriander leaves, mix it until the raw smell gone, then add salt and sugar, next add thin coconut milk, let it boil well, now lower the flame and pour thick coconut milk, mix it well and add eggs, cook it for 1 minute, then turn off flame.
