ginger,garlic,pepper,fennel paste

turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tbsp
tomato
chicken

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves into it, after roasting it well add pepper,ginger, garlic and feenel paste, mix it with oil, then add onion, saute it well, next add shallots, green chilly and salt, mix well, once the masala become soft add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, now add chicken pieces, mix it well with masala, add water if required, then cook it well, finally add some curry leaves, green chilly and garam masala powder, then turn off flame.
