Ingredients
yam- small piece
raw banana-1
water
turmeric-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
coconut-3-4 tbsp
cumin seeds
green chilly-2
turmeric powder
water
yogurt
salt
curry leaves
fenugreek powder-2 pinch
coconut oil
mustard seeds
fenugreek -2 pinch
dry red chilly-2
curry leaves
Preparation
Cut vegetables into medium size pieces, then add it to a clay pot, add pepper powder, turmeric and water, then cook it well. Whisk curd well and add it to the curry, then boil it for 2 minutes, grind coconut with cumin, green chilly and turmeric, then add to the curry, add salt , curry leaves and fenugreek powder, boil it again, once the curry become thick turn off flame. Finally, for seasoning, heat coconut oil in a pan, add fenugreek and mustard, pop it well, then add curry leaves and dry red chilly, after roasting it well add to the curry pot, mix it with curry.
