Leftover rice Snack

Ingredients

Cooked rice-1 cup

egg-1

onion-1

green chilly-1

chilly powder-1/2 tbsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

maida-2-3 tbsp

salt

Preparation

Take rice in a bowl, mash it with your hand, then add salt, onion, chilly, masalas and maida, mix it well with your hand, then make finger shaped bites , finally fry it in hot oil.
