okra-1/2 kg

shallots-15

green chilly-2

oil

curry leaves

chilly flakes-1 tsp

salt

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add shallots and chilly crushed, saute it well,next add chilly flakes and curry leaves, after mixing well add chopped okra, and salt, combine well, continue stirring, once it become cooked enough turn off flame and have it with rice.
