Ingredients

tender jackfruit-1/2
cumin-1/2 tsp
hing-2 pinch
green chilly-2
coriander powder-1 tsp
turmeric-3/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
fennel crushed-1/2 tsp
tomato-3
salt
water-1 1/2 cup
garam masala powder-1 1/2 tsp
curd-1 cup
coriander leaves
oil
Preparation
Fry jackfruit pieces in oil and keep aside. Heat a pan, add oil , then add cumin, chilly and hing, roast it well, then add masalas and fennel crushed, mix well, then add tomato, mix with masala, when oil separates add fried jack fruit, combine all well, add water, let it boil, add garam masala powder, salt , and curd, once the gravy become thick add coriander leaves and turn off flame.
