Ingredients
puffed rice-1 1/2 glass
raw rice-1 1/2 glass
water
salt
for chutney
coconut-4 tbsp
roasted chickpea-2 tbsp
coriander leaves
green chilly-4
tamarind
salt
water
mustard
curry leaves
dry red chilly
coconut oil
Preparation
Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with puffed rice after washing well, then make a fine batter, and transfer it to a bowl, keep overnight for fermentation. Next morning , take the batter, add salt, make soft dosa in tawa.
For chutney, grind coconut with, green chilly, roasted chickpea, tamarind, coriander leaves , salt and required water. For tempering the chutney, pop mustard in coconut oil, add curry leaves and dry red chilly, after roasting it well pour it to the chutney.
