Ingredients

Ragi flour – 2 cup

urad dal – 2 tablespoon

Coconut water – 2cup

sugar 1 tablespoon

salt to taste

oil

Preparation

Mix coconut water and sugar and keep aside for 1 day for fermentation, soak urad dal for 2 hrs, then mix urad dal, coconut water and ragi, grind it into fine paste then keep aside for fermentation for 4 hrs. After that, pour this batter to small greased bowls, then steam cook it.
