Ingredients

green gram boiled

jaggerry powder

wheat flour

coconut

cardamom

Preparation

Mix coconut, boiled green gram,and jaggerry powder together, add cardamom too, mix with your hand well. Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, mix well, then add water and knead it well and make soft batter. Take a banana leaf, put small portion of the dough, spread it over the leaf in a thin layer, add green gram filling, then fold it and press a little, after that steam it for 10 minutes in idli maker.
