Egg curry in cooker

Ingredients

onion-6

ginger

garlic-5-6

green chilly-3

oil

mustards-1 tsp

coriander powder-1/2 tbsp

chilly powder-2 tbsp

garam masala-1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

tomato-1

curry leaves

water-1/2 glass

salt

sugar-1/4 tsp

boiled egg-5

Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add oil, once it heat well add mustards, let it pop, then add onion, ginger, chilly, and garlic chopped, add salt, and saute it well, once it become soft and transparent add masalas, mix it for 2 minutes, then add water, cover the cooker and cook it for 2 whistle. Open the cooker after the pressure gone, add boiled egg, then cook it for 2-3 minutes more, finally add some curry leaves and turn off flame.
