Rice payasam Temple style

Ingredients

raw rice-1/2 glass

water-4 glass

jaggerry-2

coconut

cardamom-1 pinch

salt-1 pinch

ghee-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Wash rice, then add it to a pressure cooker, add water, then cook it for 2 whistle, next add jaggerry juice, mix well, boil it again, add coconut, salt, and cardamom, boil 2 more minutes, finally add ghee, after mixing well turn off flame.
