Crispy murukk from batter

Ingredients

1 fried Rice flour – 1 cup

2 Melted butter – 2 tablespoon

3 normal water – 1 1/4 cup

4 salt to taste

5 chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

6 black sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon

7 Asafoetida – 1teaspoon

Preparation

Add rice flour and butter to a pan, mix both together with your hand, then add chilly powder,salt , hing, sesame seeds, and water, mix it for lumps free and make a smooth batter, turn on flame, stir the mix without break, continue this until the batter become soft and non sticky dough, then turn off flame and let it cool, after that, fill the dough to a idiyappam maker with star mould, then press it to hot oil, make crispy murukk.
