Ingredients
Matta rice -1 cup
water
salt
oil
Preparation
Soak rice , after washing it well, for 8 hrs. Then strain rice from water, add to a mixie jar, add water and grind it into fine paste, then pour the batter to a pan, turn on flame, add salt, and stir it well, once it become thick consistency, turn off flame and transfer it to a plate, and let it cool, after that, knead it well, and divide it into equal balls, press it in a pathiri press, then fry it in hot oil.
