Ingredients
1.PAPPADAM===13
2.ALL PURPOSE FLOUR===3/4 CUP
3.TURMERIC POWDER===1/4 TSP
4.RICE FLOUR===1 TBSP
5.BAKING SODA===ONE PINCH (OPTIONAL)
6.SALT===ONE PINCH
7.SUGAR===2 PINCH
8.WATER===3/4 CUP + 1 TBSP
9.GREATED COCONUT===1 1/2 CUP
10.CARDAMOM POWDER===1/2 TSP
11.COCONUT OIL
12.SUGAR===1/2 CUP
Preparation
Add maida to a bowl, add turmeric, rice flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar into it, after mixing it all, add water, and mix it without lumps, and make slightly loose batter. For filling, take coconut in a bowl, add sugar, and cardamom, mix all together. Take a papad, add the filling, then fold it from one side to another, seal it with the batter, after done this, dip in the batter , then fry in hot oil.
