Ingredients
chicken-250 gm
onion-1
capsicum
carrot-1
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
curry leaves
coriander leaves
chilly powder-1+ 3/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4+3/4 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/4 tsp
noodles-75 gm
chapathi
salt
mayonnaise-1 tbsp
tomato sauce-1 tbsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Marinate chicken with turmeric, salt, and chilly powder, rest it for 10 minutes, then fry it in hot oil, then keep aside, add onion to the pan, then add carrot, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves, then saute it well, next add masala, mix it until it become aromatic, then add capsicum and coriander leaves, mix well, next add chicken pieces, mix with masala, and turn off flame. Mix sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl and keep aside, cook noodles with taste maker and keep aside, take a chapathi , spread sauce mix evenly, add noodles, then add chicken mix, wrap the chapathi with a butter paper, fill all chapathi like this.
