ghee
semiya
milk-1/2 ltr
coffee powder-2 tsp
sugar
cardamom-1/4 tsp
cashew and kismis
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add semiya, roast it until it turns golden brown. Boil milk, add coffee powder, next add semiya, cook it well, add sugar according your sweet, cook it until the payasam become perfect consistency, finally add cardamom powder and roasted cashew kismis, tasty coffee payasam is ready.
