1 fried Rice flour – 1 cup

2 coconut oil – 1 tablespoon

3 normal water – 1 1/4 cup

4 salt to taste

5 grated coconut – 1/2 cup

Preparation

In a pan, add rice flour, water, salt and coconut oil, then mix it well and make lumps free batter, then put it in a stove, and cook in low flame, stir it continuously , once it become thick and non sticky, turn off flame and let it cool, after some times, knead a little and make idiyapam as usual.
