Ingredients
onion-1 1/2
chilly powder-3 tsp
tamarind paste-2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
oil-5 tsp
fenugreek powder-2 pinch
hing-1 tsp
salt
mustards-1 tsp
dry red chilly-2
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, pop it well, then add dry red chilly, roast it for a minute, next add onion and salt, saute it well, next add masalas, mix all well, then add tamarind paste and water, mix well, then boil it, finally add fenugreek powder.
