Raw banana stir fry

Ingredients

Raw Banana – 2 Nos

Onions – 2 medium

Green Chilli – 1

Curry Leaves – 3 to 4 springs

salt to taste

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

Coriander Powder – 1 tsp (optional)

Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 /2 tsp

Cardamom Powder – 2 pinches

Coconut Oil – 2 1/2 tbsp

Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Peel off banana, then cut it into small pieces and put in water. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, pop it well, next add onion, salt, saute it well, add curry leaves and green chilly, mix it well, next add masalas one bye one, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add chopped banana, mix it with masala, cover the pan, and cook it in low flame for 8-10 minutes, mix it frequently, add salt, cook it again for 5 minutes, then turn off flame.
