garam masala-1/2 tsp

Preparation
Marinate chicken with kashmiri chilly, ginger garlic paste and salt, keep aside for 1/2 hrs, then fry it in a pan. Heat another pan, add coconut oil, once it heat well add onion, then add butter, saute onion, then add tomato, ginger garlic paste, capsicum, coriander stem and salt, saute all well, then add cashews. and water, and masalas cook it well, then turn off flame and allow it to cool, then blend it into fine paste. Heat butter in a pan, add onion paste, add kasoori methi, cream and chicken, cook it in low flame for 7-8 minutes, butter chicken is ready.
