Beaten Rice flakes -1C
Sugar – 3 1/2 tbsp

Milk 1/2L frozen
Mangoes —- 1/4C
Banana – 3 nos
Peanuts –1/2tsp
Cashew nuts – 1/2tsp
Preparation
Roast aval in a pan and keep aside, take a mixie jar, add milk, sugar,and horlicks, blend it for a minute. Crush banana and mango together in a bowl. Take 2 serving glasses , add banana mix, above that add poha, next add nuts, then pour the milk mix,garnish it with poha,and nuts, now it is ready to serve.
