Ingredients
1 kg chicken
turmeric-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
fennel powder-3/4 tsp
Fried onions
Coriander leaves
mint leaves
curd -1/2 cup
Sunflower oil or ghee
rice-2 cup
Cinnamon
cardamom
star anise
fennel seeds
bay leaves
Cashew
raisins
Ginger garlic paste-1 1/4 tsp
Onion 3
green chilli-6
tomato-1
lemon
salt
pineapple cubes optional
cashews and kismis
hot water-3 cup
Preparation
Take chicken in a bowl, add turmeric,garam masala,fennel seeds powder, fried onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd, and sunflower oil, mix all well, keep aside for 1/2 hrs.Heat a biriyani pot, add oil , once it heat well add spices, after roast it well add cashew and kis mis, just roast it, then add ginger garlic paste, saute it well, next add onion , add salt and saute it well , now add tomato, cook until it become soft, now add chicken, mix all together, then cook it for 20 minutes, add salt and 3 cups water, and lemon juice, allow it to boil, then add rice, and pine apple , cook it for 15 minutes, finally add some fried onion .
