prawns-250 gm
turmeric powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-1.5 tsp
chilly powder-1.5 tsp
fennel powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
mustards
salt
Preparation
Heat a kadai, add coconut oil, once it heat well add mustard , allow it to pop, then add onion, potato, green chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, next add prawns and tomato, mix all well, then cover the pot, and cook it for 10 minute, now add masalas after dry roast it, combine all well, now add coconut milk, boil it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.
