Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice , salt and coconut milk, and make a loose batter. Grease a plate with ghee, pour 1 laddle of batter, steam it for 3 minutes, then brush oil above the layer, and pour another laddle of batter, after 3 minutes cook pour another layer, repeat this until the plate is full, after cooking well, separate layers.
