Ingredients
maida-1 cup
salt
water
sugar-2 cup
red food color
crushed badam, pista
ghee-1/4 cup
coconut oil-1/4 cup
cardamom powder-1 tsp
Preparation
Add maida in a bowl, add salt and mix well, then add water gradually to make a soft dough, then add 4 cup more water to soak the maida, after 2 hrs, take the bowl, then mix it with your hand and transfer the juice to a bowl into a strainer, again keep this for 2 hrs, then remove the water above the juice, add 4 more cup of water and transfer it to a pan, add food color, then stir it well, add sugar and ghee in batches, continue stirring,add cardamom powder, once the mix separates oil, add crushed nuts, mix it with halwa and transfer it to a plate or mould, allow it to cool well, then cut it into desired shape.
