Ingredients
curd-1 cup
coconut-1/4 cup
ginger
garlic-4
green chilly(kanthari)
cumin-1/4 tbsp
fenugreek powder-1/4 tbsp
curry leaves
salt
mustard
shallots
dry red chilly
turmeric-1/4 tbsp
Preparation
Crush cumin, garlic and chilly together, then add coconut, and grind into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, allow it to pop, then add shallots and ginger, saute it well, next add curry leaves and dry red chilly, mix well, then add turmeric, and coconut paste, cook it well, next add curd, add salt to taste, next add fenugreek powder,heat it well, then turn off flame.
