Ingredients
pot tamarind-5-6
dry prawn-1 cup
coconut pieces-1/2 cup
water-2 cup
salt
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
kashmiri chilly-1 tsp
oil
mustard-1/2 tsp
shallots-3-4
chilly flakes-1/2 tsp
Preparation
In a pan, add soaked pot tamarind, dry prawn, coconut pieces and water, mix well, then allow it to boil, then add masalas, and salt, boil again , once the prawns absorb water remove tamarind from it, and set the prawns aside of the pan, then add oil, add mustards, pop it well, then add shallots and curry leaves, fry it well then add chilly flakes, mix it well, then combine all, add curry leaves, cook it until the prawns become fry.
