raw rice-2 glass
urad dal-2 tsp

yiest-1/4 tsp
cooked rice-3/4 glass
sugar
salt
Preparation
Soak rice and urad dal for 4 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice, then transfer it to a bowl, add yeast and sugar, mix well, then keep overnight, next morning add salt into it, then gently mix, pour the batter to cup cake mould and steam it in a steamer.
