Potato curry

Ingredients

Coconut oil – 4 Tablespoon

Ginger small

Garlic cloves – 4 Nos

Onion – 2 ( M )

Salt

Green chilli -2 Nos

Tomato – 1 ( M )

Coriander powder – 2 Tablespoon

Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Potato – 600 g

Water – 1/2 cup

Coconut milk – 1 cup

Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp

Preparation

Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker, add ginger garlic crushed, saute it for 1 minutes, next add onion, add salt and saute it well, next add green chilly sliced, add tomato, mix until it become soft, after that add masalas, mix it for raw smell gone, next add potato, mix with masala, add water and coconut milk, add salt, cover the cooker and cook for 2 whistle.Finally add coriander and curry leaves.
