Ingredients
semolina-1 glass
curd-3 tbsp
salt
cooked rice-2 handful
eno-3/4 tsp
for chutney
oil
shallots-10
gram dal-2 tbsp
coriander seeds-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
dry red chilly-3
tamarind
curry leaves
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
for seasoning
coconut oil
mustard seeds
urad dal
curry leaves
dry red chilly
Preparation
Grind cooked rice into fine paste, then transfer it to a bowl, add roasted rava, salt, water and curd. mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes, then add eno, after mixing well steam idli.
For chutney, heat a pan, add oil, then add shallots, roasted gram dal, dry red chilly, curry leaves, coriander seeds, and tamarind, saute it well , then grind it into fine paste, finally season it with mustards, dry red chilly, and curry leaves .
