red chilly flakes-1 tsp

maida-1/2 cup
Preparation
Cook chopped cabbage, then strain out from water and take in a plate, add fried onion and ginger, egg, chilly flakes, salt and pepper powder into it, mix well, then add flour, combine it with your hand and make small vadas, then fry it in hot oil.
