INGREDIENTS
Grated Coconut – 4 Cups (400 gm)
Dry Red Chillies – 8 to 12 Nos
Curry Leaves – 7 Sprigs
Tamarind – Small Gooseberry sized ball
Salt – ¾ Teaspoon
Preparation
Mix coconut, dry red chilly and curry leaves in a kadai, turn on the flame, and mix the coconut, continue this until the color become golden brown, then allow it to cool , after that add it to a mixie jar, add salt, and tamarind, pulse it for 2 times, now mix it, pulse it again, now it is ready, store in an air tight container.
