Easy Chicken curry

Ingredients

1 kg chicken

4 medium size onion or (200 g shallots + 2 big onions)

ginger garlic

green chilly

tomato

curry leaves

red chilli powder

coriander powder

pepper powder

turmeric powder

garam masala

oil

cloves

cinnamon

bay leaves

cardamom

ginger garlic crushed

coconut bits

ghee ( optional)

salt

Preparation

In a kadai, add chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves, tomato, add masalas, then add 2 tbsp oil, then knead it with your hand, add chicken into it, marinate it well, add salt, then keep aside for 1/2 hrs. Heat a pressure cooker, add oil,after heat it well add spices, coconut, and ginger garlic crushed, roast it well, now add chicken , mix well, cover the top, then cook in medium flame until 3 whistle come out, boil it for 5 more minutes after the pressure gone.
