Ingredients
green gram-1 cup( soaked)
salt
water
garlic-2
green chilly-2
shallots-4
cumin-1/2 tsp
grated coconut-3/4 cup
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
oil
mustards
dry red chilly
curry leaves
Preparation
Cook soaked green gram in a pan with water and salt. Crush chilly, garlic, shallots and cumin, then add it to the grated coconut, add masalas and salt, mix it with your hand, then add it to cooked green gram, combine all well, finally, add seasoned mustard seeds with dry red chilly and curry leaves.
